I recently purchased some Karndean parquet flooring from your company which was fitted through my hallway and into my kitchen by your fitter Alan.

Alan has done a fabulous job which took a lot of skill and patience. My floor now looks ‘amazing’.

Dear Mr Steve Morton

We recently had Karndean floor covering fitted in our house. As you know , the covering was laid in the hall, (including under the stairs cupboard and down stairs toilet), the kitchen (including underneath the three units-fridge,washing machine and dish-washer) and the breakfast room. The Karndean now goes from hall to kitchen to breakfast room to give a pleasing sense of space.

I am writing to make the point that the fitter,the man who did the job,Simon Elsey, has done an exceptional piece of work. His quality of work is excellent,he has not compromised on any difficult bits and when I look in detail at what he has done,he has obviously gone to great lengths to maintain a very high standard to his work.He is obviously a perfectionist and I have thanked him for that.

The job was completed by laying carpet on the stairs and landing,again to a high standard.
