Hello, I've been meaning to ring but it keeps getting to 5pm when you close. Anyway I had my hallway floor recently in laminate and my living room and dining room in carpet. I'd like to say that I am very impressed with both jobs and the whole service provided by yourselves from start to finish. Tom (who fit the laminate) and Simon and his dad (who fit the carpet) were all professional and very pleasant to deal with. They've all done a great job and I am really pleased. On 28/29th July ,we had an Amtico floor installed in our Kitchen by this company, and are absolutely delighted with the result. Daniel, the fitter was extremely helpful and the installation went very smoothly .A very professional company, which we can highly recommend.

This is the third time we have had flooring from the company. This time for the stairs. Once again the service has been excellent. The fitters Martin and Simon were brilliant, very professional, cleaned up after they had finished and the carpet was laid to perfection. What more can you ask for!!!

Just had 'Soft Distinction' carpets fitted in 4 beds ,stairs and landing. Fitting was perfect from Antony who was so professional and trustworthy -unbeatable. The advice from Michael about the underlay and quality of carpet was explained fully -1st class. Michelle promptly rang to tell me my carpet was out of stock (due to covid),but as we picked a 2nd choice this was not an issue as we had been informed about the manufacturing shortage at this present time. The upstairs has been transformed thanks to a great team effort ,for which I am really grateful. I would award 6 stars if possible, Thanks to everyone at the Flooring Centre😘

Flooring centre nw is a family run business by lovey people! Stunning showroom welcoming team pleasure to shop with! Steve has done multiple houses for me including my own personal house which consisted of Amtico throughout the downstairs and carpet in certain rooms to which Neil one of the fitters installed with the highest level of detail! I have had the the full house kitted out including Amtico downstairs and carpeting upstairs. I went to the show room just before lock down. I was highly impressed with the knowledge, patience and friendliness shown by Sales Man Sean. He was brilliant throughout, nothing too much trouble totally professional, a throughly decent bloke. I have had Amtico flooring fitted in my bedroom and in the hallway and landing. I have also had a stair runner fitted. I had this done in October 2019 and I wanted to give it 6 months to see how well the job has been done before leaving a review. I am extremely satisfied with the way this company operates and how they make you the focus on the sale. From start to finish I have felt very well looked after. The jobs done were expertly carried out by Alan the fitter who assured me if anything goes wrong after he completes he will return (there was a slight bubble and Alan came and fixed it expertly) Looking at the flooring now, this is the best addition to my home as we had a £50k refurbishment. I researched amtico/karndean and went to many showrooms in Preston and none were as convincing and professional and warm as this team of people. The timing and execution of the work carried out was superb and they met my set dates. I honestly cannot fault these guys and I 100% recommend them for all things flooring.

We’d been planning the hall, stairs and landing redecoration & flooring for a few years - a 3 storey house is a pricey job!! We decided to do the LVT in the kitchen, hallway and cloakroom at the same time. With the help of Sean, we considered different options, trying samples at home time and again but nothing was too much trouble for the company. We settled on Karndean for the kitchen, hallway and cloakroom. Carpet up the stairs & landing followed the next week. From the initial estimate through to the fitters attending, appointments were prompt and the jobs were left tidy afterwards. We will use The Flooring Centre again when we need to replace carpets in other rooms. Excellent Friendly Service - Steve @ North West Flooring Centre was recommended by a friend. I asked Steve to quote on a new carpet for my parent's home. Steve was patient caring and knowledgable.
